Estimates and Pricing
Pricing is typically based on volume and weight. Estimates provided via text or online are non-binding; a final quote will be provided upon physical arrival and inspection of the items.
Scheduling and Cancellations
We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. We strive for punctuality, but arrival windows are estimates and may be affected by traffic or previous job requirements.
Access and Safety
Customers must provide safe access to the items being removed. We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are hazardous to our team or equipment.
Items We Cannot Take
We cannot haul hazardous materials, including chemicals, wet paint, oils, fuel, or asbestos. We also reserve the right to refuse items that pose a risk to our vehicle or safety.
Payment Terms
Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service. We accept major credit cards, digital payments, and cash as agreed upon during the quoting process.
Damage and Liability
While we take every precaution, TideLine Hauling is not responsible for minor scrapes or damages to surfaces during the hauling process that are considered normal wear and tear of junk removal.
Photos and Marketing
We may take photos of the job site for proof of completion or marketing purposes. We will ensure no personal information or identifying documents are visible in these photos.
